Information we collect

• Account details such as your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
• Booking and trip information, including selected vessels, dates, messages, checklists, and status history.
• Identity or eligibility materials you choose to upload, such as a boater-card image.
• Inspection photos, captions, condition observations, and related review results.
• Vessel and marina coordinates supplied in fleet listings for search and weather features. BoatReadyGo does not collect your device location in this release.
• Device, notification-token, diagnostic, and security information used to operate and protect the service.
• Payment status and processor references. BoatReadyGo does not store your complete card number.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide booking, communication, inspection, notification, and support features; process and reconcile payments; prevent fraud and abuse; improve reliability; and comply with legal obligations.

Automated and human review

Inspection photos may be analyzed by an automated service to help flag possible condition changes. Automated results are not guaranteed to be accurate and may be routed to a boat operator for human review. They are not a substitute for safety, mechanical, legal, or insurance advice.

When we share information

We share information with the boat operator involved in your booking and with service providers that help us deliver hosting, authentication, storage, payment processing, communications, diagnostics, and automated photo review. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including security and legal requirements. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and account deletion

You can update certain account details in the app and control camera, photo-library, and notification permissions in your device settings. You can request deletion from Profile in the app. If you cannot access the app, email us from the account address. Company owners may need to transfer or close their company workspace before deleting the owning account.

Children

BoatReadyGo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
